San Antonio (UBAN) - The San Antonio Wranglers batters feasted on the Mexico City Aguilas Doradas pitching at Wranglers Park. The final score was a lop-sided 9 to 1.
San Antonio jumped on top of Mexico City in the 2nd inning with 3 runs utilizing 2 base hits. After two outs Seiya Suzuki got things going when he doubled. Dansby Swanson stepped into the batter's box and he drew a walk. Evan Longoria then drew a walk to load the bases. Brenton Doyle stepped in
and he delivered a single, and an error was also committed, with all three runners coming home. The early run support proved sufficient for Sonny Gray(10-1) and San Antonio. That was all the run support Gray required. San Antonio out-hit Mexico City for the game, 12 hits to 4.
