Valdez Fans 16 as Kinghts Prevail in 10 Over Saints; Solo Homers Lift Angels Over Blues

Seattle (UBAN) - Framber Valdez retired 16 batters on strikeouts at Knights Field where the Seattle Knights beat the Salt Lake City Saints in 10 innings by the score of 2 to 1.
Both teams had scored 1 runs after nine full innings. Seattle came out on top in the 10th inning. Michael Taylor drew a walk. Jorge Polanco next to the plate and he delivered a one-base hit making Seattle the victors to the delight of the home town faithful. Seattle and Salt Lake City each finished the night with 7 hits.
Jordan Romano(6-1) got credit for the victory, pitching 2 innings and allowing no runs. Caleb Ferguson(2-3) was given the loss in relief. He was pinned with the loss despite not allowing an earned run in his 1 inning of work.
Adolis Garcia, Adam Frazier and Aaron Judge smacked solo homeruns as the Los Angeles Angels got by the New Orleans Blues by the score of 3 to 1.
Nick Sandlin(2-2) pitched in relief and was credited with the victory. He went 2 innings surrendering 2 hits and 1 walk and whiffed an impressive total of 5 New Orleans batters. Los Angeles had only 5 hits for the game.
Will Vest was credited with his 10th save. Edward Cabrera(6-2) was hit with the loss. He served up 3 homeruns in his 7 innings.
