Lindor Unloads to Lead Toledo Over LA in 10; Seals Pull Even in 9, Score 3 in 10th to Topple Monarch

Toledo (UBAN) - Yuli Gurriel left the yard as the Toledo Mud Hens topped the Los Angeles Angels in 10 innings by a score of 7 to 6 at Klinger Field.
The game was deadlocked at 4 after nine full innings. After the Angels scored twice in the top half of the inning, Toledo came out on top in the 10th inning. After an out was recorded, Thairo Estrada kicked off the action when he stroked a base-hit. Francisco Lindor next to the plate and he launched a three-run homer making Toledo victorious to the delight of the the home town crowd. Both teams ended up with 11 hits on the afternoon.
The victory went to Nick Wittgren(1-0) who went 4 innings, allowing 2 runs. Andres Munoz(1-3) was the loser in relief. He allowed 3 runs and 2 hits in 1/3 of an inning.
Jose Ramirez had 2 base hits as the San Francisco Seals topped the slumping Kansas City Monarchs in 10 innings by a score of 7 to 4 at Monarch Stadium.
The score was knotted at 4 after nine innings. San Francisco ended up winning it in the 10th inning. Bryan De La Cruz started the rally when he stroked a base-hit scoring a single run. J.J. Bleday stepped up to the plate and he doubled, and an error was also committed, which was good for two more runs. San Francisco managed 9 hits in their victory.
Dany Jimenez(3-1) got the win allowing no runs in 1 and 2/3 innings. Jimenez got help from Raisel Iglesias who earned his 11th save. David Bednar(3-6) suffered the loss in relief. He allowed San Francisco 5 runs in 2 innings of work.
