Casas Paces Indy Win Over Wranglers; Robert Homers Elite Giants Past Braves

San Antonio (UBAN) - Triston Casas smashed 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at Wranglers Park where the Indianapolis Longhorns beat the San Antonio Wranglers by the score of 8 to 1.
The San Antonio fans didn't appreciate the big day Casas had. He banged out a single in the 4th inning, lofted a solo-blast 'downtown' in the 5th inning and bombed a two-run dinger in the 7th inning. Indianapolis rapped out 9 hits for the night.
The victory was credited to Adrian Houser(6-8) who went 5 and 2/3 innings, allowing 1 run. Cole Irvin (7-2) suffered the loss. Indianapolis scored big getting 5 runs off him in 4 innings.
Luis Robert slammed 2 homeruns and had 3 RBI at PETCO Park as the Baltimore Elite Giants came back dramatically to top the San Diego Braves by the score of 3 to 2.
Baltimore scored the decisive runs in a big top of the 9th inning with 2 runs. Matt McLain led off the inning for Baltimore when he drew a walk. Robert followed and he clubbed a two-run home run. San Diego could do no damage in the bottom of the 9th.
The win was credited to Miguel Castro(2-2) who went 3 innings allowing no runs. Josh Hader(1-3) was the losing pitcher in relief.
After the game, it took a long while before Jimy Williams emerged from his office. In a subdued tone he answered only a couple of questions. He concluded with, 'Fellows, sorry I'm not in a very talkative mood this afternoon, as I think you'll understand. I'm sure you'll find the banter a lot more light-hearted over in the Baltimore locker room.'
