New York (UBAN) - At Babe Ruth Park the New York Highlanders outscored the Baltimore Elite Giants 7 to 4 to take a one game lead in their best-of-five series.

Ryan Borucki(1-0) came through for Eddie Murray with an excellent relief stint. He performed flawlessly in relief in his 2 innings. New York had 9 hits overall, while Baltimore had 5.

Luke Jackson gained credit for his 1st save. Chris Bassitt(0-1) was hit with the loss. He pitched 6 and 2/3 innings allowing 8 hits and 1 walk.
