Gray, Ramierz Too Much for Otters as Wranglers Romp

San Antonio (UBAN) - Sonny Gray racked up an impressive total of 11 strikeouts and Harold Ramirez
ripped 2 homeruns and had 5 RBI as the San Antonio Wranglers topped the Chicago Otters by a score of 10 to 1 at Wranglers Park.
The San Antonio fans enjoyed the offense provided by Ramirez. He belted a three-run homer in the 1st inning and clubbed a two-run home run in the 3rd inning. Overall San Antonio out-hit Chicago 10 to 6.
Gray(1-0) went 8 innings allowing 1 run for the victory. Corbin Burnes(0-1) was tagged with the loss. He allowed 3 homeruns in 7 and 1/3 innings of work.
The San Antonio fans were thrilled by the performance put forth by Gray, but it was clearly his strikeouts that they enjoyed most. 'When he reached 10 strikeouts the fans showed him their appreciation with a loud cheer.' Simone Biles said following the game.
