Alleghenys Rally to Trip Blues as Belt Collects Game Winner

New Orleans (UBAN) - First baseman Brandon Belt had 4 hits and 4 RBI at The House of Blues as the
Pittsburgh Alleghenys pulled off a dramatic comeback beating the New Orleans Blues by the count of 7 to 6.
Pittsburgh erupted with the game winning runs in the top of the 9th inning with 2 runs utilizing 4 base hits. After an out was recorded, Brandon Nimmo got things rolling when he doubled. Belt was next and he blasted a two-run home run. This was the kind of game that many fans love as the lead changed hands 5 times.
The win was credited to Tyler Holton(2-0) who went 1 and 1/3 innings allowing no runs. Bryan Abreu(0-1) suffered the loss in relief. 'We just kept swinging the bats and didn't give up,' Belt said. 'If you just keep trying good things can happen!'
