Siri Homer in the 13th Inning Lifts Aguilas Into Game 7 Showdown

Chicago (UBAN) - George Kirby reeled off a total of 10 strikeouts and Jose Siri hit one over the fence and had 2 RBI as the Mexico City Aguilas Doradas bested the Chicago Otters in 13 innings 4 to 2 at Otter Park to force a Game 7 in Chicago tomorrow evening.
The game was deadlocked at 2 after nine full innings. Finally, Mexico City pulled the game out in the 13th inning. Austin Riley got things going when he stroked a single. Mike Trout dug into the batters box next, but he struck out. One out later, Siri then blasted a two-run home run. The Chicago batters didn't put up a fight in the bottom of the 13th.
Aroldis Chapman(2-0) went 2 innings allowing no runs for the win. Paul Sewald(0-1) suffered the loss in relief. He surrendered 3 hits and no walks in 1 and 1/3 innings.
In Game Seven the Aguilas will send Jose Berrios to the hill to face Corbin Burnes, the Otters ace.
