Mexico City's Mookie Betts Claims Western MVP Honors

Baltimore (UBAN) - The FBBWAA has named Mookie Betts of the Mexico City Aguilas Doradas the 2024 MVP of the Western Conference.
The driving force behind Mexico City's eventual rise to the title was Mookie Betts. The Silver Slugger batted .300, scored 123 runs and drove in 116 on the strength of 31 doubles, a pair of triples and 47 home runs. Betts finished the season with a 1.005 OPS and a 9.6 WAR.
