Free Agent Signing Period Begins as Pittsburgh Adds SS Rosario

Pittsburgh (UBAN) - The Pittsburgh Allghenys have come to terms with free agent shortstop Amed Rosario on a contract that will pay him $11 AAV. Last season Rosario played for the world champion Mexico City Aguilas Doradas.
