Falling Stars: Milwaukee Loses 10th Straight in Jacksonville; Blues Cruz to Win Over Otters

Jacksonville (UBAN) - Christian Walker cracked a homer and had 3 RBI as the Jacksonville Jacks outscored the slumping Milwaukee Stars 6 to 0.
Jacksonville took the lead for keeps in the 6th inning scoring 2 runners on 2 hits. Jacksonville ended up with 9 hits for the game while Milwaukee had 4.
The win went to Casey Mize(1-1) who allowed no runs in 7 innings. Brendon Little recorded his 1st save. Seth Lugo(1-2) took the loss. He gave up just 2 runs and 3 hits in 7 innings.
Hunter Bigge mowed down 10 Chicago batters as the New Orleans Blues beat the Chicago Otters by a score of 13 to 7.
Oneil Cruz provided much of the offense. He belted a three-run homer in the 2nd inning, doubled in the 4th inning and ripped a single which was good for two runs in the 9th inning. Despite scoring in 5 separate innings, Chicago could not get the win.
The victory was credited to Bigge(1-2) who went 7 and 2/3 innings, allowing 7 runs. Jorge Alcala(1-3) was the loser in relief. He was knocked around, surrendering 3 runs in 2 and 1/3 innings.
