Marauders Score 8 Late to Trip Chiefs; Bregman Leads Longhorns to 12th Straight

Memphis (UBAN) - At Marauders Park the Memphis Marauders outscored the Atlanta Chiefs 8 to
5. The Maruaders trailed 5 - 0 at the end of 6.
Matt Vierling had a good evening at the plate. He doubled in the 3rd inning and caught a hold of a fastball for a Grand Slam homerun in the 8th inning. Atlanta went down quietly in the 9th.
The win was credited to Bryan Hoeing(2-0) who went 4 innings allowing no runs. The loss was charged to T.J. McFarland(4-3) in relief.
Third baseman Alex Bregman connected with a 'big fly' and had 5 RBI as the red-hot Indianapolis Longhorns beat the Dallas Colts by a score of 8 to 4.
Bregman helped send the fans home happy. He smacked a three-run homer in the 3rd inning and doubled which scored a run in the 5th inning. Indianapolis had 11 hits for the game and Dallas had 7.
Grayson Rodriguez(4-1) was the winner allowing 4 runs in 8 innings. The loss was charged to Dakota Hudson(0-5). He was unable to control the Indianapolis offense and allowed 8 hits and 4 walks in 4 and 2/3 innings.
