Braves Score 4 to Walk-Off Aguilas as Witt Stars; Casas Homers Twice, Drives in 6 as Marlins Feast

San Diego (UBAN) - In an great finish the San Diego Braves won in dramatic fashion over the Mexico City Aguilas Doradas by a score of 7 to 6 at PETCO Park.

San Diego came through with the game-winning runs in the bottom of the 9th inning when they tallied 4 runs on 5 hits. The biggest moment was provided by Bobby Witt Jr who electrified PETCO Park when he tripled with all three runners coming home. For the game San Diego out-hit Mexico City 10 to 7.

The win went to Ryan Pressly(7-1) who allowed no runs in 1 and 1/3 innings. Camilo Doval(0-4) ended up with the loss in relief. 'What a win!', Pressly said. 'These are the kind of games that stand out in your mind at the end of a season.'

Triston Casas ripped 2 homeruns as the Miami Marlins defeated the Louisville Sluggers by the score of 12 to 5 at Sluggers Park.

Casas was in a groove all evening. The Louisville fans hated to see him approaching the batter's box. He cleared the fences for a two-run home run in the 1st inning, smacked a single in the 5th inning and launched a Grand Slam homerun in the 8th inning. Miami out-hit Louisville for the game, 13 hits to 9.

Max Fried(9-5) allowed 5 runs in 5 and 2/3 innings, and picked up the victory. Jake Irvin(12-4) was hit with the loss. He surrended 4 homeruns in his 4 and 1/3 innings.

'I've spent a lot of time in the cage and made some adjustments and they've paid off,' Casas said. 'I just take the same approach up there. I don't overanalyze it. I go up there, see the ball and try to put a good swing on it.'
